IGUANAZÚ is a guest house established in view of the increasing demand for comfortable, cosy, safe and economomical accomodation in Guayaquil , a place created to offer you the best of the Ecuadorian Costa's hospitality and to make you feel at home despite the distance.   

Its owner is Erika Babinsky , who has undertaken many backpacking adventures herself across South America and Europe and had the chance to stay at different guest houses, youth hostels, inns, and the like.  There she was able to appreciate and enjoy different kinds of accomodations and felt  just home with people from other countries. 

Erika,   upon realizing that Guayaquil lacked these alternatives, has created a space that fulfills these characteristics.
