At IGUANAZÚ we find ourselves surrounded by nature and bird singing, as we are located on the Cerro San Eduardo, a place that the Guayaquil City Hall has recently designated as a Natural Reserve where it plans to develop an ecotouristic project.

We are located in the north of the city, just two blocks away from the Miraflores neigborhood and a few from Urdesa , very popular due to its many restaurants.

The  Guayaquil International Airport  and the  Terminal Terrestre (bus station) are just 15 minutes away from IGUANAZÚ , from which you could just walk towards the renovated Malecón del Salado  and the  Avenida 9 de Octubre,  the city's main traffic artery.

The way out to the Ecuadorian coastline is just down toward the Avenida Principal Carlos Julio Arosemena , two blocks from the way into IGUANAZU.
